Refunds

Being an independently owned & operated store anything purchased through this site, that may requre replacement or credit will have to be dealt with from this store only.

Defective items will be replaced.

Loot Homewares Tweed Heads will NOT process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. All refund requests need to be made in writing to woldeppty@bigpond.com within 14 days of purchase. 

In the event that Loot Homewares Tweed Heads chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount you may have been charged will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

  • At ‘Loot Homewares Tweed Heads’ we pride ourselves on quality control of items & make sure that your product leaves our warehouse in perfect condition.
  • We only ship within Australia.
  • Delivery is via third party Australia Post eParcel, where possible we will provide you with a Tracking Number.
  • All deliveries are sent registered with eParcel and must be signed for at time of delivery. Under some circumstances, courier deliveries may be replaced by Australia Post.
  • If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
  • As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
  • Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped. Loot Homewares Tweed Heads is not responsible if incorrect address is given and items as a result are lost or misdelivered.
  • If you are not home at the time of delivery eparcel will leave a collection card and the item can be collected from your nearest Post Office, if courier has to be used additional delivery charges may apply.
  • Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
  • Large Furniture requires individual freight quotes, these items will not be forwarded until freight cost have been confirmed and permission granted by purchaser.
  • Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 7 – 10 days for delivery.
  • Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.

  • Measurements, Colours & Weights are given as a guide only. This is due to most of the items featured on this site having been handcrafted, meaning that the mentioned indicators may vary from time to time, however 'Loot Homewares Tweed Heads' always endeavour to be as acurate as possible.
